In writing a class recently, I came upon the need to grab the name of a given enum passed in as a parameter. Enum StatusFlags Active = 1 Pending = 2 Closed = 3 End Enum It's actually very simple to retrieve the name corresponding to my Enumerable value by just adding a .ToString to the end of it. Public Function GetStatusName(ByVal flag As StatusFlags) As String Return flag.ToString End Property

When aliens invade the Earth, 7 teams are chosen to fight for our world, as extra terrestrials begin harvest Earth for its most abundant resource: water. This year, Summer Blitz had contestants catching flying saucers and hurling water balloons as the Dirty Birds, Danger Zone, the Hydro Heroes, Triple Word Blitz, Steel Panther, Blitz Fighters and Captain D's Booty Hunters all competed for the title of Summer Blitz Champion!

April is turning out to be a great month for concerts in Hotlanta. The Ting Tings take the stage and call you names on April 16th with tickets going on sale tomorrow morning at 10 am. Tickets are general admission, so buy a ticket if you want to go. The show starts at 8 so we can do a brief preparty at my place before hand.
You're probably familiar with the band's hits, even if you don't know their name.

Every time Facebook adds a fancy new gadget on their site, the rest of the internet slow catches up to accommodate what more than 800 million Facebook users come to expect as common functionality.
