In writing a class recently, I came upon the need to grab the name of a given enum passed in as a parameter. Enum StatusFlags Active = 1 Pending = 2 Closed = 3 End Enum It's actually very simple to retrieve the name corresponding to my Enumerable value by just adding a .ToString to the end of it. Public Function GetStatusName(ByVal flag As StatusFlags) As String Return flag.ToString End Property

April is turning out to be a great month for concerts in Hotlanta. The Ting Tings take the stage and call you names on April 16th with tickets going on sale tomorrow morning at 10 am. Every time Facebook adds a fancy new gadget on their site, the rest of the internet slow catches up to accommodate what more than 800 million Facebook users come to expect as common functionality.
